Shipping Policy
At Sattvatta by Gaurangi, we take pride in delivering thoughtfully crafted pieces with care. Please read our shipping policy below to understand how your orders will be processed and delivered.
SHIPPING ACROSS INDIA
- Free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹ 15,000
- For orders below that threshold, a flat shipping fee of ₹ 250 is applied
- We also offer Cash on Delivery (COD) in select pin codes
- Orders are generally dispatched within 10– 14 business days (unless otherwise mentioned)
- Delivery timeline: 3–7 business days, depending on your location
- We do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses
- Delivery attempts: Typically 2 attempts by courier; if unsuccessful, parcel may be returned or customer may incur redelivery charges
- The in-transit risk is borne by us until delivery; if the package is lost/damaged enroute (before delivery), we will assist with claim or replacement
- You will receive an email/WhatsApp with tracking number once the order is handed over to courier
- Tracking may take up to 24 hours to activate on courier’s tracking portal
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
- Yes, Sattvata ships globally. Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on destination
- Free international shipping for orders above ₹ 35,000 (or equivalent in the currency of the purchase)
- All customs, duties, VAT, or import taxes are the customer’s responsibility
- We cannot predict amount of customs charges or delays
- Customs and import charges must be cleared by the recipient for delivery
- If a customer refuses to pay customs or duties, only the portion of the cost excluding import/duty is refundable (after deducting our return/shipping costs)
- International orders are shipped via trusted couriers (e.g., DHL, FedEx)
- Flat shipping rates may apply (irrespective of weight) or tiered rates depending on the country
PRODUCTION & DISPATCH
- Since our garments are made-to-order, we require 10–14 days for production (or as mentioned on product page)
- Once manufacturing is complete, additional days are needed for shipping (as mentioned above)

- If there is any delay (due to supply issues, courier constraints, etc.), we will inform you via email or WhatsApp
PACKAGING & MULTI-SHIPMENTS
- Orders may be packed securely to prevent damage
- For large orders or multi-piece orders, items may ship in multiple boxes, arriving on different days
- All shipments are insured (or packaged with care) until delivery
DELAYS & LIABILITY
- Delays may happen due to customs clearance, address changes, courier constraints, natural disasters, or public holidays
- We are not liable for delays caused by such factors outside our control
- No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be entertained solely due to delay
- If a package is tampered, do not accept it and inform us immediately
CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch
- After dispatch, cancellation is not possible
- For refused deliveries (e.g., not accepting due to customs duty), refund will be processed after deducting shipping, duties, return freight
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days (or per your payment gateway’s policy)
ADDRESS & ACCURACY
- Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate
- We are not responsible for mis deliveries due to incorrect / incomplete addresses
- Any re-shipment cost due to wrong address is borne by the customer
TRACKING & NOTIFICATIONS
In case tracking doesn’t update within 48 hours, please contact us
You will receive a shipment confirmation email/WhatsApp within 24 hours of dispatch
This includes the courier name, tracking number, and a tracking link
You can also track via “My Orders” section on our website/app
