Yes. Each Sattvata creation is made-to-order, ensuring exclusivity and minimal wastage. Production usually takes 12–14 working days, unless otherwise mentioned on the product page.
Can I customize a design?

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them. Once processing begins, cancellations are not possible.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide 🌍. Shipping charges vary by country and are calculated at checkout.
What are the shipping charges within India?
Free shipping for domestic orders above ₹15,000. A nominal fee of ₹250 applies for orders below that value
What is the delivery timeline?
India: 3–5 working days after dispatch

International: 7–10 working days after dispatch


Since our garments are made-to-order, dispatch takes 12–14 working days.
How do I track my order?

Once shipped, you’ll receive an email/WhatsApp with your tracking ID and courier link.

Yes, COD is available within India for select pin codes, for orders below a certain value.

Do you accept returns?

We do not accept returns since each piece is made-to-order.
Can I exchange my order?
Exchanges are accepted for: Wrong size (subject to availability), Defective/damaged item received, Wrong product shipped
How do I request an exchange?

You must raise an exchange request within 7 days of delivery by emailing 📧 sales@sattvatabygaurangi.com with your order number and product images.
Are sale or customized items exchangeable?

No, sale items, discounted pieces, and customized/made-to-measure orders are non-exchangeable.
Do you allow exchanges for international orders?

Currently, exchanges are not available for international orders, except in cases of wrong or defective product.

Will the colors of the product be exactly as shown online?

We use high-quality photography to depict colors accurately. However, slight variations may occur due to lighting or screen settings.
How do I care for my Sattvata garments?

Most garments are delicate and require dry-cleaning unless otherwise specified. Care instructions are mentioned on the product page and inside the garment.
