Refund & Return Policy

GENERAL POLICY

  • At Sattvata, each piece is made-to-order with care. Hence, we do not offer refunds on any orders.
  • Exchanges are allowed only in cases of:
    1. Size issues (subject to size availability)
    2. Damaged/defective product received
    3. Wrong product shipped

EXCHANGE TIMELINE

  • Customers must raise an exchange request within 7 days of receiving the order by emailing us at sales@sattvatabygaurangi.com / +91 84339 27774.
  • Requests raised beyond this timeline will not be accepted.

CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGE

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn, with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
  • Products showing signs of wear, damage, alterations, or stains (including makeup/perfume) will not be eligible.
  • Exchange is subject to quality check approval by our team.

NON-EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS

  • Customized, altered, or made-to-measure orders
  • Sale, discounted, or promotional items
  • Accessories (if applicable, e.g., jewellery, belts, scarves)

PROCESS

  1. Email/WhatsApp us with your order number, reason for exchange, and supporting images (if defective/damaged).
  2. Once approved, you may ship the product back to our studio address (shared at the time of approval).
  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrectly shipped.
  4. Upon receiving and verifying the product, we will:
    • Send a replacement piece (if available), or
    • Issue a credit note/store credit valid for 6 months, redeemable online.

DAMAGED OR WRONG PRODUCT

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos.
  • In such cases, shipping charges (both ways) will be borne by Sattvata.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Customs duties, return freight, and handling charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Currently, we do not accept exchanges for international orders, except in cases of wrong or defective product.
